THe story

The Exchange at Mount Pleasant opened January 2019 after months of research, planning, and renovation. It was born out of a desire to create productive space for the flexible workers in our heavily populated and growing community. The co-working and office environment is intentionally designed to inspire and connect, lending itself to the hard working minds of our wildly influential area. 

The community

We are the independent entrepreneur who needs an affordable workspace. The growing startup team that’s not quite ready for a corporate office. The “work from home” man or woman discovering there is really no such thing. The realtor, lawyer, or networker needing executive office services. 

The Mission

Our mission and priority is to provide upscale workspace, events, and relationships to our community.

Do you need a flexible workspace? Whether you need a desk for an hour or all week, our co-working space has you covered. Need space for a coffee meeting, team meeting, or conference room? No problem. With unlimited coffee, wifi, printing services, and more, The Exchange will provide the environment you need to maximize your day.

Offices

Does your work require more privacy? Do you need a quiet place to hold meetings and calls? Do you live in Mt. Pleasant and dread your commute? The Exchange has several private offices for both individuals and/or small teams. All offices come with the same amenities as the co-working space and access to all common areas and conference rooms.

Events

Do you need space for a large gathering or wedding? The Exchange has over 5,000 square feet complete with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace, beautiful porches and more.  Combine that with dressing rooms, kitchen, wet bar, in-house tables and chairs, parking, and available day-of coordination services available - you've got your next wedding, business event or private party squared away.

Need a place to host an important meeting or lunch? Rent a conference room. Rates are $25 per hour for members, and $50 per hour for non-members.

 

Mail service

Want flexibility of a co-working space but still need an office address? Add Mail Service to your membership for just $25 per month.
